Frequently Asked Questions
Backpacks and materials
RPET stands for Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate. It is a sustainable material made by recycling PET plastics, most commonly used in water and soda bottles.
1. Spot Clean Only
Use a soft cloth or sponge with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the dirty areas—especially vegan leather and RPET fabric. Avoid soaking the backpack.
2. Do Not Machine Wash
To preserve the structure and waterproof coating, never wash the backpack in a washing machine or tumble dry.
3. Let It Air Dry
After cleaning, leave the backpack to air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
4. For Deeper Freshening
Turn the backpack inside out and gently shake out dust and crumbs. You can use a handheld vacuum for the interior.
5. Protect the Zippers and Hardware
If needed, clean zippers with a dry brush. Avoid using harsh chemicals on metal or coated components.
