When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email that it has been completed and will be sent by courier to you.

All shipments are sent with the review option. All our shipments are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners at BigArena Fulfillment.

Delivery time for orders

Deliveries are made with the courier services of Speedy and Econt. For orders accepted until 14:00 on a working day, delivery is within 2 working days* or according to the delivery times mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
