With Mariner & Moss, shopping is a pleasure — and returning products is simple.

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, customers may withdraw from a distance contract and return a product within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. To do so, you must notify us in writing by email within this period.

All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
We don't accept returned shipments sent with cash on delivery (COD).

To arrange a return, email return@mariner-moss.com or use our website contact form, including the following required details:

• Your order number (from the confirmation email)
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Your bank details (IBAN, account holder name) for the refund

Returned product must be in undamaged commercial condition — with all tags attached, in original packaging, free from signs of use, damage, or missing parts. “Commercial condition” means the product can be resold as new. Opening the product must not result in clearly visible damage or devaluation. If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned.

Incorrect Product

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify the Seller by phone or email within 14 days of delivery. You will then be required to fill in a Return Request Form, which can be found in the “Return Policy” section of our website. Be sure to indicate the reason: “Incorrect item received.”

In cases of incorrectly delivered products, the Seller will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns in such cases are covered by the Seller.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer only, up to 14 days after the item has been received and inspected.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received: with tags attached, in the original packaging, and in good, undamaged commercial condition (the item must not show signs of wear, be torn, scratched, or damaged).
The product’s box/packaging must also be returned in intact commercial condition.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will contact you to confirm that the item is in a condition that allows resale. Upon approval, we will issue a refund by bank transfer only, within 14 days.

Important

If the product is not returned in proper commercial condition, the Seller has the right to either (a) refuse to accept the withdrawal, or (b) deduct costs for restoring the product to a resellable state.
According to Article 55, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
