These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between you (as users and/or visitors) and "Mariner & Moss Bulgaria" Ltd., registered at: 39 Treti Mart St., 8250 Obzor, Bulgaria. They govern the conditions under which "Mariner & Moss Bulgaria" Ltd. offers products and services through www.mariner-moss.com.
The services are offered only if these Terms and Conditions are accepted. If you disagree with them, please do not use www.mariner-moss.com.
Users under the age of 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent to use the services.

DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions: "SUPPLIER" or "OWNER" means "Mariner & Moss Bulgaria" Ltd. "WEBSITE", "PAGE", "PLATFORM", or "ONLINE STORE" refers to www.mariner-moss.com "USER" means any natural person using the website for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with copyright and applicable markings. "SERVICE(S)" refers to access via web browser to products, services, and information available on the website. "PRODUCT(S)", "GOODS" are the fashion accessories offered for sale. "PARTNER" is any entity in a contractual relationship with Mariner & Moss Bulgaria Ltd. authorized to provide additional information to users. "PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA" includes operations such as collection, recording, organizing, storage, blocking, deletion, or destruction. "DATA CONTROLLER" is the person or entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

The supplier may share anonymized user statistics with advertisers and install cookies to optimize user experience. Sending updates about changes to Terms is not considered direct marketing.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Fashion accessories are presented with price and key characteristics. The supplier reserves the right to update product listings, services, or prices at any time. Some information may refer to unavailable items.
The supplier is not liable for technical errors in product descriptions.
REGISTRATION
Users may register via Facebook, Google, or email. Email registration requires a valid email and password. By registering, users confirm they accept the Terms.
A confirmation email will be sent, and users can complete delivery details.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and update it when needed. Social media account holders are deemed parties to the agreement.
Users may also order as guests. By clicking “Order”, they accept the Terms. Orders are confirmed via email and may be followed by a phone confirmation.
ORDERING
Users enter into a sales contract through the website or another remote method. The supplier agrees to deliver the products and transfer ownership upon payment.
Users pay the price listed on the website. Registration is optional.
Before submitting an order, users can review and edit it. Ownership remains with the supplier until full payment.
Electronic communication under the Electronic Document and Signature Act is valid.
The supplier confirms the order by email and may call for confirmation.
PRICES
All prices are final and include VAT and applicable taxes.
Delivery fees are separate. See "Delivery Terms" for details.
Prices may change without notice. The price at order submission is binding. The supplier may cancel orders due to pricing errors.
Discounts are clearly marked with the old and new prices.
PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery; Credit/debit card.
Orders are payable upon delivery unless prepaid by card.
All deliveries include the option to inspect the shipment before payment.
Damage to packaging must be noted in a courier report.
The buyer must confirm receipt matches the order.
Unreported shipping damage cannot be used for complaints.
PRODUCT RETURN
Users may return products within 14 days if unused, in original condition and packaging.
Exceptions (as per Art. 57 of the CPA) include:

Digital content delivered without physical medium after consent.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns must be received within 14 days and in original, undamaged condition.

WARRANTY
Please review the warranty terms before returning a product. The warranty covers factory defects only.
Excluded from warranty:

Improper storage or maintenance

Proof of purchase is required.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Our team will contact you within 1 business day.

If eligible, the product will be repaired within 30 days.

This is a voluntary out-of-court procedure.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
